DOMAIN NAME TRANSFER
If you already own your domain name and would like to transfer it to us at eziDomainNames.com you will first need to obtain the Authorization Code.

Note: you do not have to transfer it to us to host with us!

A Domain (Transfer) Secret or Authorization Code is a code that acts like a password for a domain name and is an extra security measure, ensuring that only the owner of the domain can transfer their domain name.

To transfer your domain name you must obtain the Domain (Transfer) Secret or Auth. Code from your current Registrar (that is, the company where you registered your domain name). This code should be available within the Domain Name Management interface provided by your Registrar. In the event that you are not able to locate your code you will need to contact the Support Team of your current Registrar.

  • Also known as: "Transfer Secret" or "EPP Auth Code."
  • This is not needed for a .EU Domain Name.
  • In case of a .CC/.TV Domain Name, you may provide a Transfer Secret/Authorization Code if the Domain Name has a Transfer Secret/Authorization Code set at the Current Registrar. Otherwise, you can leave the Transfer Auth Code field blank.
